Tempus offer our customers a range of delivery options to suit your needs.

Please note: The delivery date is specific to the items you place in your shopping basket before you place your order. It is important that you check the estimated delivery date specified in your shopping basket before placing your order.

Standard Delivery Free of Charge to UK addresses only.

Orders placed between Monday and Thursday should take 3 to 6 days (excluding Sundays and Bank holidays) to arrive.

Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday should take 3 to 6 days to arrive (excluding Sundays and Bank holidays) to arrive.

Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or on Bank holidays will not be processed for delivery until the next working day and will take 3 to 6 days from that date (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Please Note that delivery times will be extended to take into account public Holidays that impact on the delivery service.

Delivery between 9am and 5pm.

Next Day Delivery £6.00

Tempus can arrange next day delivery to any UK address but unfortunately cannot deliver to Eire and the Channel Islands.

We will deliver your order by Royal mail or by a Secure mail service.

We charge a flat fee of £6.00 for any next day delivery order.

Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday should arrive next day.

Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday should arrive in 2 days.

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm or any time during the weekend should arrive on the following Tuesday.

Delivery times will be between 8am and 6pm.

be extended to take into account public Holidays

Collection from our Exmouth Store

If you are able to collect your goods from our Exmouth store then there is no charge for this service.

It’s simple, just choose ‘collection’ when you order online and come along to the store to collect.

Firstly we will email you when your order has been processed and then again when it is ready for collection.

Tempus, for security purposes, require that the person who has placed an order with us comes along to collect the goods. To remain vigilant when an order is being collected in store we require that you bring along order reference number and the Debit or Credit Card used to make your payment for
the order.

If you have ordered an item(s) or goods as a gift for someone else they are not able to collect your order from the store we will do our upmost to ensure that your order is available in store on the day estimated when you select the Collect in Store option at checkout.

As a guide we would expect your order to be available for collection in store in 3 to 6 working days.

Personalised jewellery items

In most cases the work required to personalise jewellery or the gifts you order is completed in-house at our Exmouth workshop. Sometimes we use an alternative source to carry out the work, this would depend on your specific request, its intricacy and the specification of the item being personalised.

When an order includes a request for jewellery, watches or gift items to be personalised it can take between 14 and 21 days to be dispatched to you.
Please account for this when you make your order. In reality you will most likely receive your items in a shorter time but to avoid disappointment we
suggest that you add the additional time to our delivery estimate at check out.

Engraved items

If you require your items to be engraved it could take between 4 and10 working days for it to be dispatched to you. Therefore it would be advisable to add 10 working days to the estimated delivery times quoted above and estimated at checkout.
